These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tablestories app and website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Tablestories, Inc.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tablestories. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Content
Ownership - You retain ownership of all content you create (recipes, photos, voice recordings, etc.).
License to Tablestories - By uploading content, you grant Tablestories a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use it to operate the Service.
Promotional Use - Unless you opt out, you also grant Tablestories permission to use anonymized or representative content (e.g., recipe titles, audio clips, photos) in social media, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
Privacy Safeguard - We will never share private family names or sensitive details without your explicit permission.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure:

Tablestories is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tablestories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
